Scene 1

Today you record the Full Signal version of your 90-second introduction. Not to post — just to see. The gap between Day 1 and Day 29 is now visible on camera, and seeing it is one of the most motivating things this course can offer.

Scene 2

Before you record, run the 60-second pre-conversation checklist: posture assembled, belly breath taken, one genuine thing you appreciate about what you've built these 29 days, and one specific thing you want to communicate about what you do.

Scene 3

Record: your name, what you do, your specific expert power moment, and a warmth close. Ninety seconds. Don't stop and restart. Just go. Imperfect and present is worth more than polished and removed.

Scene 4

Watch it once without sound. Body language only. What do you see? Hands visible? Posture open? Stillness? Look at the person in that recording as if you're seeing them for the first time. Would you trust them?

Scene 5

Watch it again with sound. Does the voice land with downward inflection on the key moments? Is the expert power specific? Does the close feel warm and genuine, or does it trail off? One thing to keep, one thing to carry forward.

Scene 6

Now compare it to Day 7. The difference isn't total transformation — it's accumulation. Twenty-nine days of specific attention to how you signal warmth, competence, and presence. Visible, because you chose to look.

Part 2: The Signal Is Already Yours

Scene 1

The skills in this course didn't come from nowhere. The warmth you've been signaling more clearly — it was always there. The competence you've been making legible — you already had it. The course taught you the signals. The substance was yours before Day 1.

Scene 2

The people you interact with don't know what you've been practicing. They just know that lately they feel more heard by you, that your ideas land better, that there's something about the way you show up that makes them want to keep talking.

Scene 3

What you've built in 29 days: a language. Not a language of words — a language of signals. When to still, when to lean, when to tilt, when to stay direct and when to go warm. A vocabulary for the moment underneath the moment.

Scene 4

People Intelligence is not about being the most charismatic person in the room. It's about being present enough to read what the room needs and generous enough to offer it. Some rooms need your warmth. Some need your clarity. Some need your attention. Now you can tell which is which.

Scene 5

The one-sentence version of everything you've learned: make your warmth visible, make your competence legible, and pay attention to what the other person is actually telling you before they know they're telling you.

Scene 6

Tomorrow is Day 30. Use your Full Signal introduction in a real interaction — a call, a meeting, a networking moment, a conversation that matters. Don't announce what you're doing. Just arrive fully. That's the whole point.
